2009 – 2010 – Education as a tool for local development. Support for decentralization of education in Szida Kartli Province (Georgia). Founder: the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, Poland.

2009 – St. Philip’s School Mathare: aid and growth. Founder: the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, Poland. The program was led by the Center for the Yuth Studies ISNS UW.

2009 – Strategies against poverty. Building the potential of Gori local organizations for strengthening women’s economic activity. Founder: the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, Poland.

2007 – 2008 – Building women’s economic potential in Kosovo. Economic Activity Centers. Increasing organizational potential of the institutions called up to support women entrepreneurship in the Dukagjini region in Kosovo. Founder: the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, Poland.

2005 – 2007 – Akcja Akacja (Action Acaccia) – initiative for rewarding women-social activists, started by the Foundation and run in cooperation with local partners in 16 Polish voivoidships.

2005 – 2006 - Women groups, local governments and media for the sustainability of the local initiatives in Kosovo. Program funded by the National Endowment for Democracy in cooperation with the Kosova Women Initiative New Vision.

2005 – Local coalitions against poverty in Tajikistan. Strengthening cooperation between NGO’s sector and the local government to eradicate poverty in Tajikistan. Supported by the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, run in cooperation with the Tajikistani NGO – National Association of Centers for Supporting Civic Society.

2005 – Equal status – higher chances for democracy. Supporting the mechanisms for women involvement in public life in Georgia. The program sponsored by the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, Poland.

2005 – Improving customer service in Georgia. Training-consultancy program funded by the Stefan Batory Foundation.

2004 – Development level assessment and organizational consultancy to four NGO support centers in Tajikistan. Findings summed up in report. Project carried out in cooperation with the National Association of Centers for Civil Society, financed by the U.S. Agency for International Development.

2004 – Effective communication – effective local government. Training program for consultants working for the development of local self governance in Georgia. Financed by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2004 – Report on the developmental needs of NGO support networks in Mongolia. Prepared by the Foundation in cooperation with Mercy Corps, financed by USAID.

2001-2003 – Stability Pact for the Balkans. Partners Poland Foundation offered technical help to 9 Balkan countries; Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, , Montenegro, Romania and Serbia.

2000 – Leadership Institute for Young Women; Warsaw – Bratislava – Budapest – Prague. Project carried out in cooperation with NGOs from Belarus, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, USA. Donors: Levi Strauss Foundation and Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

1999 – Ukrainian Leader School. Project carried out in cooperation with the Leader School Association.

1998 – Yugoslavian Leader School, Myślenice – Novi Sad – Belgrade. Project carried out in cooperation and on behalf of the Leader School Association.
